Megan Smith

My desire to work towards increasing equity for children in my community led me to joining the DESC Lab in Fall 2022. I have always had a passion for working with youth and an interest in increasing educational opportunities. Through the DESC lab, I have been able to gain valuable research skills while contributing to the meaningful Yolo County Basic Income project. My work has inspired me to attend graduate school in the area of human development or a related field.
